Your first visit is your opportunity to get to know our practice, see our facility, and meet our office team. During your initial appointment, we’ll discuss your dental concerns, collect the relevant health history and background information, and perform a clinical exam to establish a baseline for care.

For Chickens Only

If you are overly anxious about dental treatment- we can help relieve your anxiety in a variety of ways. We can use an oral sedative medication ( for which you need a ride) or we can use laughing gas (nitrous oxide). Please make us aware of your condition at your first phone contact or your initial visit so we can help you with this issue. Just say "CODE YELLOW!" and we'll take it from there.

Patient Forms

You can save time and expedite your first visit by downloading and completing the forms in our “New Patient Package” at home. Simply hand the forms to our receptionist at check-in. Also, remember to bring your insurance card and an ID with you to your first appointment.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Whether your first appointment is for a dental checkup, a consultation, second opinion, or emergency care, we do all we can to make your visit a welcoming, informative, and productive experience. Once we gather the relevant background information, examine your smile and obtain any diagnostic images, we’ll discuss if treatment is required and explain your best options in care.
